Dude, where's my carbonation?

I had a nicely effervescent saison kegged. Then seemingly overnight the carbonation is gone. No chx in pressure, but now it pours with too large a head and no effervescence. No bubbles at all really.
Thoughts??
Thx

Re: Central Valley Brewfest

I'm at a swim meet at Turlock high. Hopefully it will be winding down. I intend to slip away by 1 or 2.

two yeasts

Yeast for me has always been the mysterious side of brewing and mead making. So here's my ?: My wyeast 3787 never swelled. pitched anyway into 1.100 OG must, knowing that's pretty high even for a high gravity ale yeast. No starter - still gun shy from one failed attempt with no backup. After 24 hrs ...
