New brewery in Oakdale?

I know this was in the paper this past November, but I'm posting this because nobody else has. Do any of you know anything about it?

Sorry I didn't paste the story, my phone isn't cooperating.

Re: H.L. Neomexicanus (native New Mexican hops)

Mark: You will, just let me grow them first! Update: I just received a Multihead crown today in the mail. :D Thanks to express shipping, I'll be planting it this weekend. As for the other rhizomes, they never arrived even though the company said they got conformation from the USPS that they were del...

Re: H.L. Neomexicanus (native New Mexican hops)

Who's going to take care of those babies when you are overseas? :) Mark Since I'm planting them at my parents' ranch, I'm hoping that between my parents, my niece and nephews that someone can keep an eye on them. *crosses fingers* I was actually trying to get my hands on the third New Mexico variet...

Re: H.L. Neomexicanus (native New Mexican hops)

I'm freaking psyched! I just ordered some New Mexican rhizomes that should be here by Monday. I got two Amallia rhizomes that are said to be earthy with AAs in the 5.5-9% range, and BAs 4.2-8.3%, and a variety called Neo 1, described as super lemony and AA 7-9%, BA 3-3.3%. :D

H.L. Neomexicanus (native New Mexican hops)

In the midst of my insomnia last night, I did some research on a relatively unknown hop variety native to the American southwest. My question is, have any of you brewed with this? I read in another forum (Beer Advocate) that neomexicanus has low AAs in the 2-3% range with a strong peach flavor and s...

California/British yeast blend by White Labs

I don't know if I'm late to the party, but I just found this online: http://morebeer.com/products/white-labs-worlds-yeast-blend.html?a_aid=hbf The Flavors and Fermentation Characteristics What we found in our years of blending at the tap holds true - you can expect the malty flavors and aromas of En...

Lithuanian Beer Culture

Are any of you familiar with Lithuanian beer? There seem to be some strong parallels with Belgium and this easily overlooked corner of Europe (somewhat undefined styles, unusual yeast strains) as well as a strong live beer tradition a lá the UK. http://www.norwegian.com/magazine/features/2013/10/a-s...
