I had some issues when I brewed my version. The amount of hops overwhelmed my hop spider causing my new plate chiller to clog during knock out. I had to reverse the plumbing and work out the clog and filter out the rest of the hops manually. I had to reboil the wort to for 15 min sanitize it. After all of that I still hit my numbers dead on.
I took a sample on 3/24 before dry hopping and my FG was 1.008, having the conical made it super easy to drop out the yeast.
