Well the temps are reasonable , I have 2 gallons of beer left so I needed to brew. I figured Id change things up a little .

Cooled , pitched 2 vials of San Diego yeast in one and WL 550 (achouffe) in the other.
now I have 5 gallons of two beers. The SD yeast is new to me so Im waiting to see results. The Achouffe Ive used before. It seems to always give me trouble. But without failure there is no success
Ive heard rumors the San Diego will be done in 3 days. Complete ! ready to Keg. Is it true?
