What a sweet weekend. Shannon and II brewed two 5 gal batches of brewed this weekend. One Red ale and one Hef. I'll just have to say the the weather is here for brewing beer. Absolutely ideal conditions for brewing. Although we missed our O.G in both batches, not by much. Still what great day (s).
