Hey extract brewers! Whats your process?
Do you use primarily extract for your base malt and steep specialty grains?
Base Extract plus specialty extract like Wheat malt extract or Munich Extract?
When you have a choice, do you prefer Liquid extract or Dried extract?
I primarily use DME for my base malt, supplement that with a mini mash of a couple pounds of base and specialty grains....
I am curious because I am trying to work on the extract conversion of Marks CVBG PAle Ale so any input is welcome!
